feat(ui): implement phase 3.8 branding and UX improvements

- Integrate SweetAlert2 into WordPress bridge for enhanced error reporting - Add professional favicon set (SVG, ICO, PWA, Apple Touch) and manifest - Replace default Laravel welcome page with branded landing page - Compact Filament login card dimensions and padding for better UI - Update documentation (AGENT.md, CLIENT_DELIVERY.md) to reflect phase 3.8 - Refactor wallet transaction migration for SQLite compatibility
