- rate approval: API creates pending proposals, manager approves - customer_credits + credit_settlements tables - CustomerCreditService (grant/settle via wallet) - rebuilt CustomerCreditResource - CustomerFinancialController: real foreign-currency debt - WP login redirect + custom login page wiring
